The PlusOne® Experience

A 7-Week Training Journey in Relational Evangelism & Discipleship

The PlusOne® Experience is a guided, immersive 7-week training program designed to help individuals, small groups, churches, and organizations rediscover evangelism the way Jesus lived it—through presence, relationship, and faithful multiplication. 

This is not a classroom-style course or a one-time workshop. The PlusOne® Experience is a practical journey that forms habits, reshapes perspective, and builds a sustainable culture of relational disciple-making. Participants don’t just learn concepts—they practice them in real time, in real relationships, week by week. 

At its core, the PlusOne® Experience helps participants move from pressure to purpose. Many believers want to share their faith but feel unsure, unprepared, or overwhelmed. This training replaces fear with clarity and confidence by offering a simple, biblical rhythm that anyone can follow. 

Over seven carefully structured weeks, participants are guided through Scripture reflection, group discussion, prayer, journaling, and weekly action steps. Each session builds on the previous one, helping participants slow down, pay attention to the people God has already placed in their lives, and intentionally walk with one person—their PlusOne®. 

The journey begins with presence—learning to show up consistently and attentively in everyday spaces. From there, participants learn how trust is built over time through listening, care, and shared life. As relationships deepen, spiritual conversations begin to emerge naturally, opening the door to discipleship and long-term growth. The final weeks focus on overcoming common barriers, sustaining momentum, and learning how small, faithful steps can multiply far beyond what we imagine.

Certification & Recognition

Upon successful completion of the 7-week PlusOne® Experience, participants may earn official PlusOne® Certification, recognizing their commitment to practicing relational evangelism and discipleship with faithfulness and integrity. 

Certified individuals, churches, and organizations will be: 

  • Acknowledged as having completed the full PlusOne® Experience 
  • Listed in the official PlusOne® Certification Database hosted on this website
  • Recognized as trained practitioners of the PlusOne® relational model. 

This will become a growing database that serves as both a record of completion and a network of churches, leaders, and communities committed to living out relational disciple-making in their local contexts. 

Certification is not about status—it is about shared language, shared values, and shared mission. It signals a readiness to live the PlusOne® way and, for churches and organizations, to cultivate a culture where relationships—not programs—drive spiritual growth.
